SAVE EVEN MORE WITH SOLAR ENERGY. POSITIVE RETURN INVESTMENT.

No cowboy only energy specialists

To: all business owners and procurement specialists who want to invest in commercial solar without the confusion, anxiety, and the pressure from the solar company

We heard you, we know commercial Solar Power is a great investment. You want to be part of the scheme, you get your money back in less than 4 years. Plus it’s renewable and it’s great to our environment.

While of course, Solar Power is great, you want only the absolute best system for your business. You don’t want to be spending time doing maintenance and fixing if it doesn’t work the way it supposed to be.

Your main job is to run the business and grow it, not worry about solar equipment breakdown.

However, there is a big problem in trying to purchase Commercial Solar Power.

IT IS NOT EASY TO GET COMPETITIVE, HIGH QUALITY, AND HONEST SOLAR INSTALLER. (I.E VERY TECHNICAL AND TOO CONFUSING)

In fact, it's incredibly difficult!

Until now, we’ve really only had 2 straightforward options to negotiate solar power:

You can negotiate the contract yourself

or

You can hire a professional energy consultant or specialist to help you

First, negotiating an Solar Power contract is far from easy. The best energy consultants in the industry have devoted their entire lives understanding the energy industry in depth and running tender on a regular basis. They know all the hidden terms and conditions and potential risks to your business.

IF you have the time AND the motivation to learn new things, or you just confident you could ever be good at it … then, of course, you have the option of DIY Solar Power Tender.

IF you have the time. You may negotiate the contract yourself

BUT If you choose to negotiate the contract yourself there are many

DRAWBACKS

Running tender is very time consuming

First, to run a tender it's very time-consuming. It can take up to 2 months to complete the full-scale tender. From calling solar suppliers to get them to price you. All suppliers need access to your last 12 months’ energy data from the network operator and it takes time to get the data. Then, once they receive the data, it takes up to 14 days to analyse and price your site. You then must wait for all the suppliers to come back to you with a quote.

Imagine if you have multiple sites and multiple suppliers and contract end dates that finish at various dates.

FAIL!

You must analyse each individual offer by yourself

Every supplier has their own pricing structure and terminology. Some will price you with tier 1 Panel and Inverter and some will price you on tier 2, 3, 4 products. Some will be honest and straightforward to you. Some will not disclose everything in detail and hide all the fine print with little fonts and hide it under pages and pages of TCs books.

Is it pricing the most important factor? How about overrun cost, what happens if you need to pay more to upgrade your switchboard, meter, or transformer? Will you know the cost in advanced NOW or get SHOCK Later?

Will you risk it? Because you don’t have the time and resources

FAIL!

What if you made the WRONG decision?

Your business is paying a lot of money for Solar Power and now it is underperforming or worst not working at all.

Will your Solar supplier help you manage the costs to fix and replace the equipment if the worst happens to your business.

FAIL!

So, where does that leave you?

It leaves you wasting time, money and putting your business UNNECESSARILY at RISKS on running the Solar Power tender yourself. Making you more frustrated and even worse off than when you began.

… and probably wishing you have a professional to do it for you

A professional energy consultant will ensure you avoid those contract traps

… and probably wishing you have a professional to do it for you

A professional energy consultant will ensure you avoid those contract traps

BUT... WITH THAT

THERE ARE EVEN MORE PROBLEMS:

FIRST

The vast majority (upwards of 80%) of “professional” consultants may be great, but they are located on the east coast.

They may be the best in Melbourne or Sydney. But, Perth market is totally different.

We have our own network and regulations. When they run a tender for you, they run it based on their pricing modelling not WA modelling

FAIL!
SECOND

Nobody knows your business better than you. Nobody.

So, by hiring someone else to negotiate your Commercial Solar Power contract, you’re blindly hoping that they’ll understand the ins/outs and future plan of your business. And more often than not, they’ll know, maybe 75% of what you know

… and that just won’t be enough to make sure they can deliver flexible contract terms that will not put your business at risks

FAIL!
THIRD

Hiring an energy consultant isn’t cheap. The lower-priced ones charge $2,000+ for a simple single site audit.

The average consultant charges $5,000-$7,000, and the good consultant charge $10,000 and up. All for a single site energy cost audit.

It can be worth it–if they can give you more than you invested–but even the best consultant doesn’t win every time. Nor do they issue refunds when they don’t deliver the results you wanted. Oh, and did I mention that most require a 50% deposit upfront before they even start tendering?
