We start the process by consultation, during this consultation, we try to capture the requirements of your business and gather all the relevant information such as your current supplier details and future business plan.

We will also be working with your supplier to gain a better understanding of your energy profile and costs.

We will prepare the Request for Price ( RFP ) documents on your behalf and send it to the suppliers for them to respond. The RFP will be modeled based on your business requirements. Your feedback is welcomed and encouraged at this stage.

We will analyse the offers and risks and prepare the tender using our comprehensive financial simulation software. Our recommendation will be based on what we can see as value for your money and minimum risks to your business.

We do NOT affiliated with any retailer and our decision is entirely based on your best interests.

We will send our Tender Recommendation to you in an easy to read and understand format.

At this time all questions you have concerning the Tender can be answered to the best of our ability before you make your final decision.

Once you have decided on the Supplier we have recommended and you have looked over the relevant Contract and Terms & Conditions we will finalise all for you.

Once your contract is in place and all is finalised we will then check your first bill on the new contract to make sure all is correct including transfer date, new pricing and terms.

If there are any problems we will raise these with the winning retailer for resolution.
